We moved quite suddenly just before Christmas. It was crazy! Russell was much more detailed than all the other surveyors. The move went very smoothly Danielle in the office was super helpful.

We had the full packing service which was money really well spent. All the team whether packing or moving were really hard working, polite but had great camaraderie. It was bitterly cold so we kept the tea and coffee flowing as much as we could.

We had about 200 boxes and are down to the last 60 or so to unpack. Russell has collected our empties so they can be re-used. I just wish they offered a full unpacking service. If you are moving don't skimp on the movers and do it yourself. Take some of the stress out of moving and use the professionals.

We hired J & WJ Morris Removals and straight from as soon as we made payment we realised we made a mistake - the person we dealt from the was putting pressure on us to pay as he claimed we late in booking but we weren't willing to book to a service until our exchange on our properties had been confirmed. He also claimed that he was stopping someone else getting our slot. From what I understand this is large family run company so shouldn't have these issues.

As we were moving to a new build home we had to provide an update on post code, etc after payment and they literally lost the plot with us, sending rude emails and text messages.

In the end we cancelled the service and they provided a a full refund but be aware that these guys will pressure you and then lose the plot if you need to change something slightly.

I would highly recommend looking at other firms and only use them as a last resort.

I just wanted to thank you, Russell and all the team for your excellent and highly professional service. You made a potentially stressful situation much easier than it could have been. I did say to Russell when he gave us the quote that my husband was very difficult to please well he was pleased and did not moan once which is a world record!

The packing was done with precision and huge amounts of consideration. Nothing phased the team even the lack of parking where we moved from and where we moved to!

The communication whether with Russell or Danielle was professional and highly efficient. I cannot thank them enough.

We booked J & WJ Morris for our move after receiving our competetive quotation.
The day arrived with usual worries , but , not to fear..We were inundated with removal guys carefully packing and boxing our stuff up..
All the men were pleasant and polite, regardless of any dopey questions or requests I slung at them.
The move went seamlessly, the empty boxes
were collected a few weeks later.

A wonderful move from beginning to end. Russell came at 8am as requested (great for a working mum!) - rather than being given an hours slot by competitors and was really helpful and friendly. My quote was provided that day, again a quicker service than competitors.
My team of packers were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Even when we had to wait to get into our new home, all the lads were in good spirits and went above and beyond, with good humour.
Danielle was great and after care was professional and timely

From beginning to end the service I received was second to none. Danielle handled all of my queries professionally and efficiently and Russell was the most impressive and thorough surveyed out of the three that I got quotes off. On the day of the move, Simon and his colleague couldn't do enough to ensure that it was stressfree and all went smoothly
I would definitely recommend. I moved from Borehamwood to Hatfield and the price included storage overnight and moving over two days.

Do not look any further than this company for your home move. No, seriously don't. They were so efficient, kind, helpful.. I've run out of adjectives. We moved on one of the hottest days of the year (29th June) yet they didn't stop for a moment Nothing was too much trouble, we were just told to relax and them worry about it all. In moving some large pieces to the first floor in our townhouse they took every care and did not even touch the walls in the stairwell. If you want a great service and price these are for you.

We were extremely happy with our experience.
The packers came on the Saturday and were friendly and efficient. They took great care with our things and labelled things well.
On Monday morning the team came and got stuck straight in with moving us, nothing phased them (our house was hard to access).
Again the men were extremely friendly and efficient and moved everything where they needed to be, nothing was too much trouble. They rebuilt the beds and moved things where we wanted. They made what could have been a stressful day so much easier.
Would recommend them to anyone.

I would have never imagined that moving home was going to be so easy and painless. From getting the quotation all the way to the end. We did the packing ourselves and every time we needed more boxes it only took a phone call. On the day of the move, the guys arrived earlier that expected which was a bonus. There were 2 of them but before we realised there were plenty more going up and down and filling up the two trucks quite quickly. Everything was done in no time. Once at the new address the experience was as pleasant. They left every box in the right room, the furniture was put together and the delicate items were perfect. All the guys were very friendly and polite. I would totally recommend this company, it really was a pleasure. Thank you so much!!
